These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of innoveon.ai and any purchase made through this website. By accessing the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Use of the website

You may use innoveon.ai for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce site content in bulk without prior written consent.
• Use the site in a way that disrupts or damages its operation.

We reserve the right to suspend access to any user who violates these Terms.

2. Digital products

What you're buying

Digital products sold on this site (including the NetSuite AI Playbook) are delivered as PDF files via email after purchase. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own internal business or personal purposes.

What you may not do

• Redistribute, resell, share, or sublicense the product to any third party.
• Publish or post the content publicly (in whole or in part).
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or attributions.
• Use the content to create a competing product.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within a few hours of payment. If you have not received your product within 24 hours, contact us at legal@innoveon.ai.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes where Stripe Tax applies. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store payment card data.

4. Refund policy

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.

EU / EEA consumers: Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. However, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the product is delivered to you. If delivery has not yet occurred, you may cancel your order by contacting us within 14 days of purchase.

If the product is materially defective or not as described, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue, including by providing a corrected version or a full refund at our discretion.

5. Consultancy services

Where Innoveon provides consulting, implementation, or advisory services, the specific terms (scope, fees, timelines, IP ownership) are governed by the written engagement agreement signed between the parties. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

6. Intellectual property

All content on innoveon.ai — including text, graphics, logos, product materials, and code — is owned by or licensed to Innoveon Consulting SRL. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in that content beyond the specific licence described in Section 2.

7. Disclaimers

Our digital products and website content are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether the content is suitable for your specific situation.

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Innoveon Consulting SRL's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. For consumers based in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply. For business-to-business disputes, the courts of Arezzo, Italy have exclusive jurisdiction. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
