Innoveon Consulting SRL ("Innoveon", "we", "us") operates the website at innoveon.ai. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national law.

1. What data we collect and why

When you make a purchase

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We receive your email address and order details (product name, amount, date). We use this to deliver your digital product and respond to support queries. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not store your card number, CVV, or full billing address — these are held by Stripe under their own privacy policy.

When you book a call

Calls are scheduled via Microsoft Bookings. Your name, email address, and any notes you provide are processed to arrange and conduct the meeting. Legal basis: performance of a pre-contractual measure (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Website analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (page views, session recordings, heatmaps). Clarity uses cookies and may process your IP address and browser information. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in improving our website. You can opt out via the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

When you contact us directly

If you email us, we process your name and email address to respond. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

2. Who we share data with

We share data only with the processors listed above (Stripe, Microsoft) and only to the extent necessary to deliver our services. We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with advertisers.

3. International transfers

Some processors (Stripe, Microsoft, Vercel) are based in the United States. Transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

4. How long we keep your data

  • Purchase records — 10 years (Italian fiscal law requirement).
  • Analytics data — up to 13 months (Clarity default).
  • Email correspondence — until no longer relevant, then deleted.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Restriction — ask us to pause processing while a dispute is resolved.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw at any time.

Our services are directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 16.
